Congress language
The official congress language will be English. No simultaneous interpretation will be arranged.

Climate and clothing
The average day-time temperature in Finland in June is around 15-20°C (60-70°F). Evenings may be cooler. Occasional rain showers may occur.

Name badges
Participants and accompanying persons should wear the congress name badge in all congress  events.

Non-smoking policy
Smoking will be prohibited in the congress area.

Certificate of attendance
All participants will receive a certificate of attendance during the congress together with the congress  material.
